…down another 1.4. Woot! Woot! I am trying to resist the urge to step on the scale everyday.  This is a weight loss even while taking antidepressants.  I will drink more water  to flush out the bloat.  I was hoping to see the 170s but I will take the loss.  Onward and downward!

Gonna break the 180s by this weekend.  🙂

My goals will be mini goals and not the big goal of 145.  I will look at this weight loss 10 pounds at a time.  10 pounds is friendlier than saying I want to lose 43 pounds. Smaller numbers…more motivation.
