“Jim”…

That is the name of my new boyfriend starting today.  I plan to see “Jim” at least twice a week and whenever I have free time.  I know “Jim” will probably make me feel bad at first…but after a while he will make me feel empowered…beautiful…healthy.  I just need to embrace what Jim has to offer me…and understand how Jim works.  I foresee a wonderful relationship with my new friend “Jim”.  He will be there for me…I will hate  him in the beginning but learn to love him in the near future.

Beginning goal…lose 20 pounds.

Ultimate goal…prove to myself that you are never to old to train and get healthy.

Off to see Jim…and start my torrid affair!
