I gotta say it…I’m out of shape! I may have lost some weight but my endurance sucks. Billy and his sweaty crew kicked my ass. Actually, my ass fell on the floor at the 30 minute mark. I had to fight Otis to get it back!
Lawd.
Going to take a much needed shower…hot preferably. Tomorrow will be some floor work.
Sticking to mainly cardio to build up my endurance then adding weights.
