Tuna!!! Homemade from the cafeteria on the second deck…none of tha sugar filled bucket of tuna stuff.

Chili…yes it has beans but also made with big ole chunks of meat. No canned paste crap.  BOTH of these are CORE, low carb, Paleo friendly.

Happy Rob!  I am shrinking here…oh and freezing my behind off. I also looked up how many calories a night I’m burning…840! So technically I am getting in my exercise!
