Marinated “Buffalo” Chicken

I had every intention of making The Garlic Lemon wings…instead I made these.  I marinated them in the rest of the Buffalo Wing Sauce…flash fried them in canola oil and then placed them in the oven to soak in all the buffalo wing goodness.  I had broccoli on the side.  I used iodized sea salt, pepper (coarse ground is great), Tabasco Buffalo Wing Sauce, paprika, cayenne, garlic…and a spritz of lemon juice. I loosely based this on Big Mista‘s A Little Too Wings.  I believe this can be adapted to Core as well.  I am really enjoying this way of eating. Very sinple.   Gonna try the Buffalo Chicken with Avocado Ranch dressing next!
