…WINGS.  And they are totally within my plan!  I am craving wings and these are always the ones that make.  I knew him when he was the Survival Gourmet/Waistloss.  I believe he now has a really success bbq business and I couldn’t be happier.  I made them before and tore them up.  The picture I am putting up are of the ones I made before.  I’m making them tonight and will make sure I will take a picture of those too.  I might make them with drumsticks too.

I give you Big Mista’s Wings! 🙂

Big Mista's Wings!

20 frozen wings/drummettes, thawed

1 tbsp seasoning salt (like Lawry’s) plus a little more

1 tbsp black pepper plus a little more

1 tbsp garlic powder plus a little more

1 tsp cayenne pepper plus a little more

2 tbsp vegetable oil

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

Put the wings in a bowl. Drizzle the oil over the wings and toss with your hands. (Fun, ain’t it?)

Mix all of the remaining ingredients together in a small bowl. Sprinkle the mixture over the wings and toss again with your hands. (Woo-Hoo! I’m easily entertained.)

Spray a baking dish with Pam or some other non-stick coating. Arrange the wings in the dish so they aren’t touching. Put the dish in the oven and bake fo 30-40 minutes or until they aer golden brown and delicious. Put them on a plate and eat.
