Ahem…

…I’m back.

Bigger and fluffier than before. 🙂 I need to blog again because this gave me a sense of accountability.   The blog made me workout.  The blog made me eat right.  I HAD TO report back to the blog about what I have done.  It kept me honest.

So…all honest and shit…I have been slacking.  Dropping the ball.  No exercise and carb creep from Hell.

SOOOOOO…today is Monday.  I’m drinking my cranberry water.  Had my hot lemon water this morning and my fiber. Things are going as planned. 

Going to refer back to the damned exercises that I SAID I would do and actually do them.  I need to see a loss this week.
