Once again…Failure is NOT an option for me. I have been doing this so long I know my body.  Excellent stretching, some yoga, and upper body toning.  I feel amazing again.
Getting in my water by the gallon/ I am also on point with my eating. I find that when I workout I lose my appetite so it will be a protein and fruit shake. People do not get fat off strawberries.
My casserole is done so I will have food over the weekend.
Just checking in…I need a shower (fixes everything) and gonna get ready to meet with my girlfriends for a little while.  I’m slowly getting comfortable with myself. It has been a long time coming…and dernit…it feels good!
