I LITERALLY NEED TO DO SOMETHING!!
So…I wasn’t told I couldn’t STRETCH!
I have P90X! The whole workout. I will do X Stretch tonight and maybe Ab Ripper X. My back feels like it is being twisted like a rope while I am sitting or laying down. Not technically gonna exercise but I am keeping my muscles limber. IF this works out the way I want I will start doing Kickboxing with weights one week and follow P90X the next week.
Like I said…WHAT ROBIN WANTS…ROBIN GETS! failure is NOT an option.
