Turkey!

For breakfast?? But of course…I absolutely LOVE turkey. It is a better protein than eating red meat all the time. I am going full steam ahead on my Robkins (Atkins modified by Moi) way of eating.  🙂 Every morning I eat some form of protein. I love eggs but sometimes it just doesn’t hit the spot. There really isn’t a rule as to what is a “breakfast food”.

I paid 8 bucks for this it has lasted 2 days for me. Whenever I am craving something “not approved” I sliced some of this and nosh on it
