Now what??

EXERCISE…that is what! I am in Ketosis (this part of Atkins is a MAD Diuretic), not hungry, energized, and most inportantly…I CAN SEE! Yay Rob!
I did go to Hastings to see if there is anything new on the Taebo front. He has the 24/7 System (I HATED it so I gave it to my Brother) and a couple of other new things but nothing like what he put out before. I got the best results from Taebo Amped System. I still  have everything plus the added workouts that he sold to include Ultimate Taebo (90 minutes of sweating…Shellie was VERY pregnant in that one so the workout isn’t insane). If you can find this particular workout system somewhere I recommend you try it.
Jumping back into exercise (it helps with my moods) Here is the rotation that I will follow. Since I have been walking my Barracks for the past couple of months I have the fitness level needed to get through the rotation:

I will do the above program for a month…then I will do T3 Program the next alternating between the two. T3 is really good too because he uses 1 lb weights and actually focuses on form. I have had success using T3 and fast results.

I love the way I am feeling just from the few days I have been doing low carb. My body doesn’t do too well with a bunch of junk. It makes my body and my mood bad. I can’t wait to start.
