Ugh!

I lost 4 pounds over the weekend. I would be joyous and happy if it was because of a GREAT diet and exercise. Nope…not the case. ๐Ÿ™
How did I lose so much over the weekend? A fun night out with the Girls and mixing different types of alcohol did it.

DOG….Friday when I came in. I haven’t been sick like that since my first drinking experience. I threw up my Soul and internal organs. Well that is what it felt like to me anyway. Note to self…DO NOT MIXED RUM AND COKE WITH AN AMARETTO SOUR. I haven’t hugged the toilet like that in about 25 years.
Phew…not a good look at all! Along with all the contents (and future contents it seemed) of my stomach went the will to drink or eat anything.ย  I have been drinking juice and water since Sunday night. I woke up this morning 4 pounds lighter. Something good came out of being Simple on Friday.
SINCE I have been literally fasting for the past two days I think it is a great time to embark upon my low carb (healthier version…lots of veggies added…who gets fat off a vegetable? I need the minerals anyway.) lifestyle again. This time it will be a diet consisting of mostly fish, poultry and vegetables. Bread…UGH…I really hate bread. I get bread and it goes bad because I have gotten so used to not eating it. Looking at that soup recipe and the pictures reminded me of how good I felt eating this way. Yay for chicken sausage! ๐Ÿ™‚
So… lost 4 pounds (in a bad way…but it is 4 pounds I will take it) and is now embarking on her low carb lifestyle again to lose the last 15.
