Bout to workout…

I’m loving my results. I am almost back to where I was about 3 years ago. WOOT! Here is the workout rotation for the T3 (TAEBO total transformation) just in case I am not the only person in the World still doing Taebo. This Program and Amped yields the best results in my opinion…I’m doing the Advanced Rotation…

Tuesday and Wednesday…

…well Tuesday I was sick so I skipped my daily workout.  I must be the only person in the world that doesn’t lose my appetite when I get sick. 🙂 Most people get sick and lose a ton of weight…I don’t. My appetite is just as hearty as ever. I did stay on my plan, not because I wanted to but because I only had low carb foods in the apartment. Yay for thinking ahead on my part. 🙂 Still moving forward to get my fitness guru body back. 🙂
Today I had a high protein shake with added fiber. At my age fiber is a great thing plus it does keep you full. My lunch was Brats and Veggies. YUMMY.  Tonight, depending on my appetite (I lose it after working out) it could be a salad or another protein shake. Exercise yesterday was Fat Burn Accelerator with weight and Rockin Abs with weights. I don’t know if I will do light weights again tonight or straight cardio. I have enough Taebo in my library to switch it up for months and never repeat a workout. A GREAT thing for muscle confusion…which works great at getting fast results.
A coworker’s friend came in today looking much lighter. We asked what they were doing…apparently they are doing the HCG diet. They are taking the drops and eating a 500 calorie a day diet. Now…greanted they have a ton to lose but in 30 days they lost 25 pounds. I’m not too sure in that one yet. IF you eat 500 calories a day…the calorie deficit alone will make you drop weight. To me it is starvation on a stick. Your metabolism will be wrecked and if you breathe in the wrong foods after you make goal you will regain quickly. I did some research and I called around asking about the supplement.  I wanted to know if following a diet and actively exercising would work with the HCG. I really do not agree with the 500 calorie limit for 26 days principle. I would be chewing off my arm if I did that. And guess what…exercise is not recommended while doing this diet. You think? I doubt anyone would be able to function eating 500 calories a day.
Anyhoo…I called the local vitamin shop and found that they do carry this stuff. instead of paying tons of money ordering it offline I will scoop up some at the third of the cost.  I’m doing amino acids right now and the stuff in HCG is the stuff that women’s bodies produce naturally when we are pregnant (so i have been told)…so I’m gonna try it. After 30 days I will give my honest opinion on the results. Yay…I’m gonna be my own guinea pig. 🙂
The one thing that I KNOW I have control over is the way that I look and feel. I control what goes in my mouth and I control the workouts. Just making sure I’m taking care of this classic chassis of mine…it’s the only one I have. Gonna make sure it looks nice for as long as I can.
Gonna do more research on HCG and low carb diets. I will be back later…

Happy Monday!!

:)…I was busy this weekend but I stayed on plan for the most part. I did workout as planned on Friday. I also went out for a little while with my other Girlfriend. Exercise does make a difference in the way you party. 🙂 I only had 3 drinks…go Rob!  I wore a black halter dress that I have been loving for a while now.
  I HEART THIS DRESS! I HEART THE SIZE.
I may look a little tipsy but actually I was just having a good time. It is Monsoon season here so what you are looking at is me dying from the humidity praying to the hairspray gods that my hair wouldn’t morph into an afro. 🙂
Being able to wear the things that you heart is a great motivator to continue on with fitness. I did Taebo Amped Sculpt Express before I went out. The 3lb bar makes a difference…you see results quickly. I have found through the years of me being on a constant diet, the only real results (fast ones too) that I get is when I am using Taebo and low carbing. My Girlfriend looked at me and said “Robin you look smaller.”  That made my evening. When I started with the old Low carb plus Taebo thing …she went “Nah…that’s not it!” So I just laughed and said I had some afternoon liposuction done. I am showing results super fast doing this plan so I guess saying I had emergency liposuction would make more sense.
Moving on…Saturday. Well Saturday had me helping out with a garage sale at 7 in the morning. It was a success! 🙂 BUT…I was beat. So I went home played around a bit. I was going to workout…after a nap. The nap turned into 14 hours of sleep. I felt great on Sunday morning when I woke up. I guess at my age I do need to shut down at least once a week to recharge the batteries.
Sunday I did Taebo Amped Fat Burn Accelerator and Rockin Abs (also Amped) with the bar. Kicked my butt and it actually made up for the missed workout on Saturday.  This evening will either be Ultimate Taebo or one of his DVDs from his T3 system (Taebo Total Transformation) . It also uses very light weights but the way he works your core is being engaged every step of the way. I found som Dreamfields Pasta …lasagna baby! Tonight I will have my low carb lasagna. I have never had any problems with Dreamfields. So you can image how happy I was when I saw the store sells different pastas.
At then end of the month I will be posting some pictures that show my results and progress. It is time to update with some pictures with me being in my 40s.
I have some work to finish…I am still on track. Just got busy and sleepy this weekend.
