Not Low Carb…

This is definitely not low carb. It seems to me there is a birthday (It’s Mr Anderson’s Birthday…Happy 39th Birthday for the 32nd time!) or some form of celebration going on in the office. Chocolate cake with chocolate frosting? I can feel my hips spreading and a headache coming on.
So…
Gonna take a piece of hip spreading headache causer and put it on my desk.  After all these years of low carbing I have mastered the art of not-eating eating.  I don’t like sweet things that much anymore due to the years of acting like im allergic to sugar.  🙂  It is a Commissary Cake so I KNOW it is rich and full of sugar. Yikes!
So…I’m drinking my Coke Zero to substitute the sugar craving I am having and I am thinking about make Big Mista’s A Little Too Wings…
A great wing recipe that I found back in the day of my extreme low carbing.

Ingredients:
20 frozen wings/drummettes, thawed
1 tbsp seasoning salt (like Lawry’s) plus a little more
1 tbsp black pepper plus a little more
1 tbsp garlic powder plus a little more
1 tsp cayenne pepper plus a little more
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Put the wings in a bowl. Drizzle the oil over the wings and toss with your hands. (Fun, ain’t it?)
Mix all of the remaining ingredients together in a small bowl. Sprinkle the mixture over the wings and toss again with your hands. (Woo-Hoo! I’m easily entertained.)
Spray a baking dish with Pam or some other non-stick coating. Arrange the wings in the dish so they aren’t touching. Put the dish in the oven and bake fo 30-40 minutes or until they aer golden brown and delicious. Put them on a plate and eat. (The easy part!)

Not my recipe…but a great one if you are wanting something different with wings…
