Someone posted a question asking how much water we all drink.  I drink about 2 gallons a day…but I believe that has a lot to do with where I am living and the fact that I exercise so much.  The Middle Manager has an interesting article about water and also a chart showing how much you should aim for to aid in your weight loss goals.

While you are there check out the rest of his site.  I know not everyone does low carb to lose weight!  🙂
Gonna get in a short workout to stick to my challenge…so far I have been on track.  It takes 21 days to to make something a habit.  I have heard that somewhere else other than Billy…I already have the workout habit…I just want to reinforce it.  🙂

  1. I drink about 8 – 24 ounce bottles of water a day. I just can’t stand soda. I think people are unaware it’s formulated to dehydrate you so you drink more.
    Love your blog!

    Hey Robin!!
Don’t disappear on me now. How are you doing on your challenge? I am starting Day 7, i believe. My eating is very erratic though. It’s a challenge trying to eat stuff that everyone is willing to eat. I hate having to make two or sometimes three meals at a time. See you soon.

Ann…I’m still here and still working out. I am a Barracks Manager and I am preparing for a redeployment. Haven’t missed a workout yet…did two with my brother and sister in law. I am about to do a Abs workout…I promise I will be posting tonight…even if I am dead at the keyboard. Keep up the good work…I had the same problem with dinners at first. I started introducing salads and vegetables as side dishes. The kids don’t even miss the starches…but it was gradual. Gotta run…I will be back later! I promise…I haven’t bailed! 🙂

Carol…thanks for commenting. I love your blog as well! 🙂 That is interesting to know that sodas are made that way…the caffeine alone would mummify the average person. Even the diet soda…alas…it is a hard habit for me to break. I do drink more water than sodas…even if it means my insides are floating!
