Normal Weight

Just calculated my BMI…
That is a great accomplishment saying as though 33.8 and I was in the Obese range. It has been so long since my BMI has been in the Normal range. I would love to achieve Athletic …I’ll see what happens in the next couple of months.
Did Taebo last night…Advanced Live 5. I think this is one of the harder ones due to the fact that it is nothing but floor work. He calls it the Taebo Butt-Work On The Ground. Yes. I have to agree with him there.
Tonight will be me and Lou doing something…anything…to get him back in the swing of things. I want the exercise to become a habit again for him.
I’m posting from work…I have a ton of suspense to do before I can go home. The joys of being a secretary…

Way to get off your butt…errr…get on your butt and work out!! I’m proud of you! Is there some particular activity that your brother likes doing, like playing basketball or volleyball or something like that? Might get him motivated if the two of you do an activity together instead of just exercising…

Lou loves to bowl. To say that he loves it is an understatement…the boy lives for bowling. Unfortunately…I have Gel Nails that I pay to keep up so bowling is something that I can’t/won’t do. I would have serious Murder Death Kill feelings if I broke a nail trying to bowl.

We don’t you committing a 187 on an unsuspecting shoe guy at the bowling alley. Any hills nearby? Go walk thehills. Have you tried racquetball? I’ve worked up as really good sweat in a serious game of ping pong. Anything active is better than doing nothing. Get that boy moving!

  4. Robin says:

Seriously…really don’t want to have the MPs dragging me out of the Bowling Alley because I shoved a bowling pin up someone’s behind. 😀 I have done raquetball and I have gotten quite good at it. Maybe that is something that we can try doing that…

Congratulations! That’s wonderful. I’m just at the early stages of my weight loss (down 39 pounds with many, many more to go). You’re an inspiration. I’m so glad I stumbled across your blog.

  6. Robin says:

Thank you! I am inspired by you as well…it makes me not want to quit knowing that someone has inspiration from my blog. This has been a long journey for me and I am close to the end. GOOD GOING on the 39 pound loss. I am closing in on 60 pounds lost… it will happen for you. Keep up the great work! Are you doing low carb??
