Eh…

…I did Taebo again last night. I believe I ACTUALLY found a workout that I don’t like.
TAEBO BOOTCAMP II…this workout sucks ass. It is the second of the two bootcamp workouts that were inspired by his trip to Iraq to meet the troops. Hate hate hate the workout…I literally have a list of things that I will not do, attempt, consider doing on this DVD. Pushups…nope. Duck walks…hell no, I am not a duck, see no reason to walk like one, and it is just stupid. I am not even going to discuss squat thrusts. No sir…I don’t like that workout at all. I was considering rolling over the DVD with the Saturn.
If you are looking for the Bootcamp workouts…get the ones that come in the set with the bands or the Bootcamp Elite. The very first Bootcamp 1 and Bootcamp 2 are just a waste of time (to me) and did nothing but piss me off. 🙂 I wish Bill would go back to doing kickboxing instead of making these workouts that need equipment. The pure Taebo workouts (Original, Live, and the Live Series) work the best and will kick your butt cardio wise. Sigh…I read somewhere that a new Taebo is coming out…AMPED. I can’t wait…
