Satring the Year off Right with Goals…

That is right…I am setting a goal for myself. I want to lose 10 pounds this months and I want to actually complete a 21 day challenge. I have done it once and it does make a difference. This morning I did Taebo (Advanced Live 6…it sucked) and this evening I did some weights. I did overload on the carbs today but that is expected when I work out. I can see the difference in the way that I look and the way my clothes fit me.
Right now I have a headache and the new season of The Shield is calling my name. I will be back later after I get some ibuprophen in my system.
I am so inspired by all of my buddies that have weight loss blogs…this is my year as well!!
